Cutting-edge device in the locking system of metal racks on mobile closing barriers.

The Staffa Più bracket solution can be installed on standard metal MODULO 4 racks, consequently avoiding all installation problems in the spacers (welding/tapping). The patented solution Staffa Più enables you to install a standard metal rack just like a nylon rack (comparison with ERCOLE rack) by fitting the attachment screw over (fig.2) or under (fig.3) the tooth of the rack by simply turning the bracket around. The system is remarkably precise and very quick to assemble and considerably reduces vibrations and noise during the movement of the automated system. Another special feature of the Staffa Più system lies in the possibility to use the bracket to centre the pitch in the joins between one element and another (fig.1). To further facilitat  fitters of automated systems, C.C.E. puts on the market the Staffa Più system as a single unit or pre-fitted on a metal MODULO 4 rack, 12 mm thick, to become Iron Ercole, guaranteeing and enhancing the known innovative features of the ERCOLE system (fig.4).
