The Sicurmobil cable sheath unit is the ideal complementary device for all safety protection systems on automatic gates for private, commercial and industrial use, manufactured according to specific safety standards for machines in general.

The main use of the Sicurmobil cable sheath unit is the connection of automatic closing control units and C.C.E. safety device circuit chains such as STOP, STOP CONTROL, SICURSTOP, SICURSTOP CONTROL and TECNOSTOP, installed directly on the moving parts of vertical and horizontal closure systems, to act as a built-in mechanism to protect persons or vehicles from impact by the gate in the transit area. Designed and produced inside the Company, the Sicurmobil cable sheath stands up to normal and heavy-duty use as on condominium or commercial gates, or on work machinery.

As well as the scrupulous attention paid to technical details, the system configuration and the supply in kit up to 5 meters, 7.5 meters, 10 meters, make the Sicurmobil cable sheath unit extremely rapid and easy to install on any of the rims of a moving closure system.
Installed and connected to the entire closing circuit system, the Sicurmobil cable sheath unit can grant total protection even in the case of violent impact, that can damage and interrupt the interconnection cable to the "OSSD" signals of the connected safety devices. This action complies with the EN 12453 (MOTORISED GATE SAFETY MEASURES, "PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS") and guarantees safety intervention even when a single fault occurs in the protection system. (Installed device: TECNOSTOP, SICURSTOP CONTROL or STOP CONTROL).

The Sicurmobil cable sheath unit can connect the electrical supply to one or more safety ribs settled on the edge of a moving closure system (sliding gates, sectional doors etc.) reducing the danger of crushing by the gate or door to a minimum. The aforesaid device is composed of a set of box-shaped aluminium sections jointed together, and a plastic cable holder inserted inside the sections, to permit the back and forward motion of a highly flexible cable.

The Sicurmobil cable sheath unit is supplied with a vertically or horizontally adjustable column for a better fitting between the fixed and mobile parts of the system in motion.
