Fotostop represents an absolute innovation of considerable prestige in the field of sensitive edgings thanks to its revolutionary technology.

Fotostop is a device that can be applied to any type of mobile closing system, and under even the slightest pressure, it guarantees the immediate stop or return of the closing system to eliminate or reduce to a minimum all risk of damage or injury.

Fotostop is completely manufactured from co-extruded plastic materials (patented) to guarantee the maximum sensitivity to pressure or impact from any direction over the whole surface: once the sensitive edging has been touched, it activates a sensor that interrupts the mobile barrier motion immediately.

This (patented) sensor, designed and manufactured by the C.C.E. company, is the aspect that represents the absolute innovation of the Fotostop technology. The constant control action performed by the electronic card guarantees perfect uninterrupted efficiency, providing for an optical signal (flashing led) that acts constantly during faulty conditions or shut-off. 

In fact, Fotostop is equipped with a self-checking optical safety system that controls the microprocessor data according to EN 12978 regulations.

Fotostop is simple and rapid to install on any type of automatic closing device and can be easily installed around the total perimeter of the mobile barrier thanks to its special hinge system that permits easy opening for fixing cables and wiring installation (two parallel wires on BUS system).

The streamlined Fotostop design, together with the extreme care taken in construction, guarantee maximum efficiency and resistance to environmental and atmospheric agents. The special hermetic caps at each end, and the water-tight internal sensor, represent the company’s top product, and are the most advanced accident-proof safety protection systems currently available on the market.

Signals: 5 mm (Led) on printed circuit. Slow

flashing: function OK. Rapid flashing: safety tripping.

2 flashes and 1 pause: faulty condition.

- Setting: Dip-switch on printed circuit to set fork number and response speed.
- Function Logics: The relay switch contact is normally closed. If the fork beam is interrupted the contact is opened. The card will also run a continuous self-checking action on fork function and total device system. In the case of supply shut-down the relay switch contact will open.
