The Ercole rack represents the evolution and improvement of the rack system. Ercole is made of a single steel body and of modular plastic segments jointed one to the other, made integral by several anchoring brackets positioned on each element’s joint. The peculiar feature of Ercole is the option of making the anchoring brackets reversible, as these can be positioned under or over the rack tooth, and wherever necessary, in a bigger number than the standard (4 brackets per meter), for a tighter hold on systems particularly heavy to move. Other new features of the Ercole rack are the rack bracket slot centring system, which allows to obtain an optimal adjustment between tooth and pinion, and the 3-mm modular shims, which give the possibility to line-up the rack on particularly curved moving systems. The modular feature of the constructional segments of Ercole gives life to a new way of conceiving the rack: The rack kit. This new system, denominated Ercolino Plas (made entirely of plastic material) is supplied in kit boxes that contain everything need to form 4 meters of rack, guaranteeing the perfect traction on automated systems of up to 350 kg. |
