The patents were a starting point, not the end of the story, because for as long as memory goes back,
developing innovative and simple systems is the key for serving and satisfying customers also with custommade
products.
Market requirements have changed in time, and whereas before it was enough to get rid of that cold draught,
today the applications are more and more demanding and include noise reduction, anti-smoke and fire barriers
and the strictest regulations relevant to the CE mark for components used on doors.
In 2006 C.C.E. took over a Venetian company specialized in the precision mechanics sector. This was a
fundamental investment for the manufacture of equipment and components for in-house production in real
time. The mechanical workshop, part of the new works in Villa del Conte (Padua) was equipped with machines
of the very latest generation and an innovative system called F.D.M (Fused Deposit Material), which makes it
possible to make a real-size prototype to view and assess in just a few hours before giving the project the final
go-ahead..
The high qualitative level, the notable professional competence and the scrupulous observance of the highest
standards has made C.C.E. products valid for certification by some of the most competent bodies of the field,
such as the IFT in Rosenheim, Labor für Schall in Rosenheim and the Giordano Institute in Bellaria.
Breaking the rules, and going against the trend can lead to excellent results; and CCE remains a dynamic
company offering the customer a packet of products and services of the very highest quality and reliability |
Test machine, to Test Air, Water, And Wind
In order to efficiently comply with ever-restrictive standards, C.C.E. has set-up an
innovative Research & Development laboratory, where a qualified team of professionals
and cutting-edge equipment guarantee the achievement of the set goals.
With reference to the CE marking of doors, CCE offers its customers a “turnkey” service
that starts from the actual design of the individual components to be installed on the door(made in-house with FDM technology, i.e. Fused Deposition Modelling), right through to
pre-testing in its in-house laboratory on a certified test bench where all the conditions
imposed by standards UNI EN 12207; 12208 and 12210 can be reproduced to evaluate the
results obtained in real time, consequently saving the customer’s time in the certification
phases.
